Our Policies

  

Our policies exist soley to avoid any scams or technical consquesences that our website an face. We do not deny any customer their right to refund a defective or even unsastifactory product. Nor do we deny any customer any of their basic rights as consumers.

  

- Returns are to be sent back within seven days, and returns are only accepted if the products come defective in either hardware or software different from what was advertised. Please contact the site through our Contact Us section for a return request and the reason for return. 

  

- No refunds will be given until we receive the full contents of the product back. once we receive the product and any included accessories, then we will issue a full refund (including initial and return shipping). If we do not recieve the full package back, we will return the product without refund.

  

- We do not take any responsibility for any dysfunction in any software other than the custom firmware. We do, however, provide re-installation of custom firmware, or regular firmrware, for any customer who has erased or reprogrammed their PSP's Custom Firmware.

  

- We do not take responsibility, nor do we replace, any product damaged by the customer. Once a product has been significantly changed in its hardware or software by the customer we will not issue a refund nor will we replace the product.  

  

-  We provide free technical support after the purchase of any PSP package. We also provide free software re-installation of either normal of custom firmware on the purchased PSP. We will be willing to provide these services as long as you request them, but we only guarantee a response for three months after purchase.

  

- If the customer sends back a PSP for repair, or for a refund with a diffrent serial code than the PSP they bought, we will send their PSP back unchanged, we will not reimburse shipping, and they will be banned from all of the site services. They will they be not allowed to purchase anything from the site again. Also legal action may also be taken against them. 

  

- We do not supply illegal software and nor do we encourage installation and usage of any illegal software. We also will not answer any questions asked in aid to illegal programming. 

  

- Any modifications done by the customer is at their own risk. We do not accept responsibility for incorrect customization done by the customer, although if these changes are legal we will gladly try to assist with any issues.

  

- If any customer sends more than three emails within a 24 hour period before we can reply, we will not respond to this customer, and they will be banned from our technical support.

  

- Any usage of vulgar or inappropriate language will disqualify the customer for recieving any help in all our guaranteed services.

  

- We will no longer provide technical service to anyone who sends us more than three messages in a row about their problem in a twenty four hour period before we can respond to them. Please be patient for a reply.

  

- Out technical help is only through online messaging and not through a phone service, so please do not call us if you are a customer. Message us, and if your problem needs more one-on-one instructions, we will tell you to go ahead and call us.

  

- Best Psp Store also holds thr right to ship products slightly different in model or looks for our minor products such as batteries, analogs, and soft pouches. All PSPs will be the advertised model.

  

- Best Psp Store also holds the right not not send the Cd but instead just send the programs over the internet. We will ship the CD if the customer specifically requests it.

  

- We are not responsible for any unreceived merchandise until this merchanise is brought to our attention, and a shipment request is made for it. This applies for any software as well.

  

- Though Shipping is estimated 2-5 Days, we reserve the right to take up to 10 days in the U.S, and 20 internationally before we ship. AFter this, we will refund the package if it has not been sent upon customer request. If it has been sent, then we will still refund but upon recieveing the package after it has been returned to sender.   

  

- The international customer agrees they cannot file a Paypal chargeback reversal claim 40 days after the shipping notification. Thus the customer forfiets his right to file a chargeback reversal 40 days after shipment. Our site aks that you allow at least 30 for shipment. This, and 

  

- If our site can prove we shipped the package out, then the international customer cannot hold us responsible for it if it can no longer be tracked by the service it was shipped from if the service is USPS or Fed-Ex. Unless it can be proven that the package was stolen or lost in the mail. The lack of confirmation is not proof if no confirmation systems exist for the respective countries by the respective service,

We do, however, take credit for making improvements here and there for some of the program. None of the provided software is copyrighted. All of the included programs are Freeware. These PSPs do not contain any illegal software, nor are any of the provided programs illegal. We do not encourage downloading anything that violates copyright laws.
